These terms cover your use of RequestIT, operated by DualStream Entertainment ("we"), including the website at myrequestapp.com and the RequestIT mobile apps.
Using RequestIT
RequestIT helps fans find live music, follow bands and venues, and request songs, and helps musicians and venues share their schedules. By using the website or apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RequestIT.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Give accurate information, and only claim a band or venue page that you actually represent — claims are reviewed and may be declined or reversed.
Your content
Musicians and venues keep ownership of what they post (profiles, schedules, song lists, photos, and links). By posting it, you give RequestIT permission to display and share it in the app, on the website, and in search listings so fans can find you.
Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Show listings
Listings come from musicians, venues, and public schedules we import. We work to keep them accurate, but times, lineups, cover charges, and cancellations can change — check with the venue before you go. RequestIT is not responsible for events themselves.
Song requests are suggestions. Musicians decide what they play.
Tips and payments
Tips are paid directly to musicians through their own payment links. RequestIT is not a party to those payments and does not take a fee.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their refund policies; web purchases are processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RequestIT — for example, by spamming requests or messages, scraping data, impersonating others, interfering with the service, or trying to access accounts that are not yours.
Disclaimers
RequestIT is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DualStream Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RequestIT.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use RequestIT after an update means you accept the new terms.
